that day are Christ was born,
Joy from Heaven to Earth,
Praise be to our Lord

Tinsel was thrown

But was it all a waste?

The presents and glue,

What is Christmas? At the end of A Christmas Carol, I had an epiphany. Christmas isn't about these commercial things! When we watch things like the Santa Claus movies and such, they dramatize that Christmas is about Santa, and Gifts, and family. Now, Christmas is partly about spending time with your family. But what is Christmas really about? The Joy. The Joy that the world, after one precious night, has hope. A Saviour, whom loved us above all love. Christmas is about Joy.

wow, this post is so truthful. you're right about things like Santa Claus and stuff, they're so commercializing and never bring people back to the point of Christmas. yeah, i watched the Christmas Carol for the first time this year, and i'll say it definitely brought out the true meanings of Christmas :) lovely blog!
