"To take a blank piece of paper and draw characters that people love and worry about is extremely satisfying.
It really does not matter what you are called, or where your work is placed, as long as it brings some kind of joy to some person some place."
 Charles M. Schulz

I enjoy good comics as much as good books. Garfield, Peanuts, and Mutts are all so individually  funny. My top shelf has a lot of saved-through-the-years Garfield books on it:). Peanuts Comics is definitely one of my favorites. It's so classic, funny,cute-and who can't love Snoopy? Don't you sometimes feel so bad for Charlie Brown? At the same time Charlie Brown holds the whole crew together.

This November 6th the official animated Peanuts movie is coming out! Hip-Hip Hooooraayyy!

I'm so glad they managed to update it, but at the same time keep the original animation style. Another reason I like Peanuts is that Charles Schultz was a christian, and there are a lot of funny strips about the Bible in his comics. For instance, the comic where Lucy tells Linus about Goliath, and Linus says "What did Goliath's Mother have to say about that?" (Sorry I don't have that comic here)

If you've never heard of Garfield comics, the strip is based around a fat orange cat, Garfield, and his owner, Jon.

Mutts, the adorable comic strip featuring my favorite cat Mooch, and cute little Earl.

Sometimes the author of Mutts (Patrick McDonnell) puts bible verses with the comics-but he also puts other belief things, so I don't think he is a Christian. Mutts comics will also be having a animated movie-but in the farther future. So what do you think? Do you have a comic that makes you laugh out loud?

Thanks for reading!
