A Day In D.C
12:22 PM
Why, hello everyone! For my very first day of fourteen, me and my parents headed to Washington, D.C to do some sight-seeing. First we visited the Smithsonian American Art Museum, which, by the way, I'm not sure if I read about a portrait under eighty years old (please forgive the blurriness)
This painting was amazing. It is of a park in California. These two photos below are of the same art piece.
A copper statue of George Washington.
I thought this was kind of cute ^
If you look close, there are peacocks in the glass design.
The garden.
....Anddd the little birthday cake me and my Mom made. Hope you all enjoyed the pictures, and, tell me which was your favorite!!! I'd like to know ;) For a brief update...CampNano is almost over (whaaa?) My story Sea Fair is just above 48,000 words, and currently I am learning to write calligraphy. God Bless and have an absolutely lovely, fantastic day!

Yes, normally about once a year. Sometimes for the March for Life, and for Greenfest. Have you ever been to either?

No, I've never been to them. The only time I went to D.C. was a family vacation back in 2013. =/

I'm not sure actually! I just bought a calligraphy pen from Michaels, but eventually I'll probably do the ink dipping kind which is SO cool!
DeleteI thought so too! So my Dad got me the dipping type-I might ACTUALLY need more ink soonish :O :D.
