I am so excited at all your wonderful questions and comments-thank you! Here are the answers you've been awaiting...

~Allie~

If you were a dog, what name would you have?

Can't say I've thought of that a lot.

What is your favorite font?

Oh-I really like...

...but Melanie BT is also what I use for my header, and it's super cute.

Bacon or sausage?

I don't eat pork, but turkey bacon is something everyone should try-especially with scrambled eggs, pancakes, and syrup drizzled on everything. Sausage is good too, in spaghetti and with eggs......probably sausage *gurgle*.

~Mikayla~

(haha, totally coincidental we have the same name :)

What is your favorite book?

That is a hard contest between Anne of Green Gables, The Magician's Nephew, and Sense and Sensibility. Anne of Green Gables is so full of everything, from tears to laughter to love. The Magician's Nephew is a classic amazing Narnia book, where Narnia's birthing is revealed. It has chills (when Digory hits that bell) and giggles (Uncle Andrew), and is altogether very fascinating. Sense and Sensibility is a inspiring tale of two very different sisters, who go through many trying struggles and come out with many lessons learned, and a closer, deeper, relationship.

What is one thing you've always wanted to do, but never been able to?

I've almost always wanted to learn how to ride a horse, but since our property is just a smidgen too small, we haven't bought any.

What is one piece of blogging advice you'd give to everyone?

Make friends. Go under a person that is following your blog/following you and visit their blogger account. You can follow the blogs they follow-that you like. Comment, connect, and invite them to participate in anything from tags to Q+A. It's fun, and I can almost promise you that you'll make much more blogger friends and followers that way.

What is your favorite thing to make?

Something that I can dive into all kinds of paint, Mod Podge, paper, and glue, and it comes out looking beautiful. I like to paper-mache things, and I also enjoying painting anything from bottles to tea tins. It is great that God gave us creativity, isn't it?

How did you decide on your name?

Well, I thought it kind of fit...because I paint and do all different crafts and such in my room, and those types of things would be on my blog, so, 'Mic's Room' just kind of stuck and I never changed it.

When did you start blogging?

I posted my very first post on July 13, 2014. It was on my first blog, which was dedicated to my dog Sam and the comics I did about him. Then, on July 18th 2014, I posted Mic's Rooms' first post. On August 20th, 2015, I posted the first post on Vintage Slippers.

What is your favorite thing to post about?

I enjoy taking pictures of my dog Sam and my rabbit Mocha, and posting their best shots plus their hilarious bloopers. It's just as fun taking them as it is posting them!

What are some names you really like? And what do they mean?

Carolyn (strong), Susan (Lily). Loveyanna, April (opening flowers), Josephine and Josey (addition to the family), Gideon (feller).

If you could have an accent what would it be?

(*smiles* yaaay) This. Is. A. Hard. Question. After debating, I have decided an Irish accent, just a tiny bit over British!

What is your dream car?

A hot green Mustang. And, I also like volts wagon Beetles (punch buggy).

noises you always get irritated by?

Ringing, and for some reason male voices over the old radio creep me out.

Pet peeves?

Hearing my hair make that noise after I have gotten out of the shower, felt my hair and realized there is still soap in it.

 Favorite book?

One of the Anne of Green Gables novels or a Chronicles of Narnia book-or Sense and Sensibility.

 Favorite movie?

I can watch Despicable Me 2 over and over. It's so cute. Pirates of the Caribbean, all of them, Tangled, Beauty and the Beast, Do You Believe, Brave, Peter Pan, Ever After, Around the World in 80 Days, it goes on and on....

What is a recent awkward moment?

I dunno. There was this time (okay, not recent) last summer when my Dad had ordered a new toilet seat from ebay, because our old one was peeling. He and my Mom were out, and the package arrived when it was just me and my brother. We thought it would be funny to swap the new one with the old one, and Josh put the new toilet seat on, sticking the peeling one into the package. My Dad was kind of frustrated with the cheap toilet seats, so when he got home and opened up the package, "Oh, they sent us this bad one" I was BUSTING out laughing. It was hilarious.

Do you have a nickname? if so what is it?

Mic-hence, 'Mic's Room". I tried Kayla, but I'm not really a Kayla.

Are you blonde or brown or black or red?

I have brown hair-and to my utmost enjoyment it is curly. It also has natural red highlights, which I'm thrilled about, and I have been growing it out since about last August, so we'll see how that goes.

Flats or heels?

I'm kind of tall, about 5'6 (technically that's not tall, but for my age, apparently it is) and if I wear heels I'll make the guys around feel awkward.

 Girly or hipster?

Eer-neither. I'm not hipster, and though I like pink I'm not girly. I like jean jackets and high waisted jeans, and I like 50's dresses and flowers. I kind of have my own style-a lot of times a bit retro, a bit tomboy.

~Sarah~

Favorite dessert?

Probably a rootbeer float. Or two, haha.

If you could change your name, what would it be?

Jasmine Iris.

If you could magically be anywhere in the world, right now, where would you choose?

On a double-decker, red trolley, staring at Big Ben, in London, England.

Do you like movie/book spoilers, or are you patient?

I don't think it's technically that I'm patient, I just do not want to ruin the story. However, if it's like a 'does so-and-so come back to life in the sequel' I may sneak a peek.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

First...oh so many places in England (Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey, and grab a spot of tea while at it) and then those big fields and old stone castles in Ireland. I also would like to visit Spain, Italy, Scotland and China.

What is your all time favorite ice cream flavor?

Ahhh! Probably Orange Sherbet. Ooooooh-on a waffle cone.

If you could meet a currently alive famous person, who would that person be?

Jamie Grace? I suppose she is not famous-famous, but we could jam together.

Do you have a 'signature' food or dish you cook?

I really don't have a signature dish yet, but I can make egg sandwiches well enough.

What would you like written on your epitaph (slightly creepy sorry!)?

I hope to have lived a long life by then, and, honestly I don't like graves or tombs or anything of the sort.

If a movie was made of your life, what would it be called?

(Thank you for this question). 'Beautiful Dreamer' or 'Joi de Vivre, adventure awaits'.

Can I thank you all enough for these questions? This was great fun and I hope it finds you having a lovely week. Which of these answers do you have in common?

God Bless,
